Experienced reporters
Our reporters have higher education or university education and have wide experience in conference reporting in various sections of society (government, non-profit making and profit making).
Availability
Our reporters are available both during and after working hours, even at weekends. In urgent cases a reporter can be on the spot within 3 hours!
When regular meetings are involved we allocate a regular reporter. If the regular reporter is unable to attend, you can be assured of an adequate replacement!
Monitoring quality and service
Each report/transcript undergoes strict monitoring of editing and spelling. Any divergence from the agreed deadline is in your favour!
No risc
We have a VAR/WUO declaration, so that you are safeguarded against the Inland Revenue or UWV regarding the working relationship as a fictional labour contract and you do not run the risk of receiving retrospective tax or social insurance claims.
